Gilbert was very professional.  He was here within 30 minutes of being called. He approached the clog multiple ways. When one way didn't work he tried another until he got it fixed. His price was extremely reasonable and fair. If I need a plumber again I will be calling True Quality again!

Gilbert Mendez, the owner, and his crew put off a job to come to the aid of my emergency situation—our main water line to the house broke and we were melting snow on the stove to use to flush our toilets. Gilbert and crew were on time, honest, thorough in their repairs, and above all incredibly nice. He was very concerned about my problem and even seemed to take personally as if it were his home. He would constantly reassure me by saying "we got you covered" and they did. I will go to no other company for any gas or plumbing needs I may have in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Gilbert at True Quality Plumbing is fantastic.  His work was top notch, his prices are very reasonable and he's honest!!!!!!! He replaced a busted outside faucet (using brass parts) on the side of our house for a fraction of what other companies wanted. And notably HE DID NOT CHARGE US TO COME OUT AND GIVE A QUOTE (like so many companies I've called that want a $59/Dispatch fee just to give you a quote, and then end up giving you two for stuff you don't need and one for what you need with a price that will shock you). There's a reason he has 5-Star ratings. I will never use anyone else again. The man exudes integrity.

I had recently loved the work True Quality Plumbing did on a shower installation (see that review for details). My parents called me upset because both toilets were clogged, and sewer was coming up from the shower. I called True Quality Plumbing and although they were not in the area they went above and beyond to get to my parents' house as soon as possible to fix the issue. Turns out my mom was using "flushable" wipes that are not very flushable. I feel so fortunate to have found a plumber who truly cares and will be there for my family in case of emergencies. This company is honest, and pricing is fair. They are the only plumbers I trust.

Gilbert is the plumber that OTHER plumbers will refer you to when they can’t do the job. He is respected by his colleagues and adored by his customers. I recently bought a mobile home for my disabled parents. My mom had just got total hip replacement surgery and had fallen in the old nasty bathtub that came with the house. True Quality Plumbing converted the bath to a shower but went ABOVE & BEYOND! I had asked for the cheapest plain white walls. I didn’t care about the look; I just needed it to be functional. The walls were specially ordered (due to sizing) from Home Depot. They arrived damaged. Instead of re-ordering Gilbert wanted to ensure the shower was completed by the time my mom returned from the hospital. He decided to TILE the shower instead and no additional cost. He would say, “I want to take care of you and your family,” and “I want to make sure it’s done correctly.” He had to re-enforce the floor and the walls because they were made out of paper. Not only did he make it BEAUTIFUL, but he also put in handicap rails to make sure it was functional and safe. It has been tough to find a reasonable, HONEST contractor. If you hire True Quality Plumbing, you can rest assured, they will provide quality work and treat you like family. One more example of going above and beyond. My senile father ran the water in the shower before it set…True Quality Plumbing was nice enough to come back and fix my father’s mistake. Thank you so much for everything. We are so grateful to have been referred to your company. They live up to their name and provide true quality. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
